How to find my Horoscope Sign
If you were born on the first or last day of a Sun sign, in astrological terms you were born on a cusp. If that's the case, you will probably help from reading your possess Sun sign and the Sun sign that ends or begins right before or after your date of birth. For instance, if your birth date is 22 December, your Sun sign is Capricorn, but you probably have some Sagittarian traits as well.
NOTE: The above dates are a guideline only. Because of leap years, time sector differences and other factors, the precise day and time when the Sun changes signs varies from year to year. If you are born close to the switch dates of the signs, you want to have your own personal horoscope drawn up in order to know exactly which sign you were born under.

Sexual compatibility. The basics
I've decided to start at the hottest point of the astrology where all of us are interested and what makes the world go round. Zodiac mystery in sexual relationship is expressed in quite intriguing way.
So let's go on. Probably all of us know Sun Sign we are born under. I'm a Sagittarius, you can be Leo or Pisces and basically we know what to expect from the particular signs and what traits and potential every Sun Sign of Zodiac possess. But we all know that some people get along well with us and some don't. In fact Astrology has to tell its rules regarding sexual compatibility of the Signs. But the first thing I have to tell is that what I've learned and what the practice shows these rules are not predetermined or strict as if you go deeper into the insight of the Zodiac interrelations you will find a lot pros and contras.
Nowadays most astrologists don't speak about compatibility or incompatibility, but rather more or less "smooth" relationships and more or less "challenging" ones. That means that you are the one to decide what is better for you: to some people "tension that borders on a buzz" is more appealing than "cuddling with each other'. It's all up to you to find the right one.
1. The Sun signs of both partners tell a lot about how you will get along with each other, but again it's not the ultimate word for saying about the durability or the reason each of you experienced "sparks in the air". You will have to look at other aspects in a natal horoscope and the overall horoscopes compatibility.

We only employ workers born under specific star signs, says insurance company
A row has broken out in Austria after a company tried to recruit workers born under certain star signs.
The Salzburg insurance company posted an advert in major newspapers seeking employees for sales and management that were born under certain constellations, claiming statistics indicated that they were the best workers.
'We are looking for people over 20 for part-time jobs in sales and management with the following star signs: Capricorn, Taurus, Aquarius, Aries and Leo,' read the ad that appeared over the weekend.
It was followed by a wave of protests from equality groups and led to an investigation by the country’s anti-discrimination authorities.
The company is, however, sticking to its guns and a spokesman explained that the move was based on statistical research rather than superstition.
'A statistical study indicated that almost all of our best employees across Austria have one of the five star signs.
'We only decided to continue with that system and hire the best workers,' the spokesman said.
An investigation by Austrian authorities showed that there was nothing illegal in choosing the employees according to their star signs, as there was no discrimination according to existing laws about gender, age, racial and other equality.
A spokeswoman for the employee’s association of Salzburg told local TV: 'When an employer considers star signs and says: "I want to only hire Pisces, for an example, it must be assumed that within this group of people born under the sign of Pisces there are old and young people, women and women etc.
'It does appear like a certain limitation, but it is not discrimination.'
